A 2009 AAA Four Diamond Award recipient, the Grande Colonial’s 18 luxuriously appointed and generously spacious one- and two-bedroom suites provide the ideal venue for weekend getaways or extended visits to the San Diego area.

Located in two buildings separate from the main hotel (the 8-suite Little Hotel by the Sea and 10-suite Garden Terrace wings), the interiors take on a look and feel that represents La Jolla’s seacoast village feel of conservative and classic quality. Both wings can be reserved exclusively for wedding parties, family reunions, executive retreats and other group gatherings.

Reflecting comfortable residential style with full kitchens or kitchenettes in each unit, each executive suite is finished with hardwood floors and basket-weave stone tile. Select suites also feature fireplaces, oversized soaking tubs and oversized showers with adjustable body jets and oversized rain shower-heads.

Guests staying in the new suites will also enjoy exclusive “club-level” benefits including express check-in and check-out, complimentary in-room food & beverage amenities, complimentary breakfast in NINE-TEN or in-room and complimentary valet parking. Guests will also have full use of the facilities and amenities of the Grande Colonial Hotel in La Jolla, California. A private lobby and rooftop deck and Loft, with panoramic views of the ocean, are also offered to guests staying in the Little Hotel by the Sea suites.
